Ford Motor Company has made impressive strides in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Initial Quality Study, leaping 14 positions to claim the 9th spot from its previous rank of 23rd. Lincoln, Ford’s luxury division, also showed improvement, moving up from 28th to 25th place.
